Experienced Care

experienced senior care

We love our caregivers because we know that they have been selected with the highest standards and that they have your loved one’s well-being at mind with every decision that they make. Our devoted team shares a deep passion for delivering top-notch home care to your family. However, when you bring a stranger into your home you want more than someone who’s kindhearted. You are trusting this individual with your loved one’s safety and well-being, and we understand that. Here’s how we make sure each of our caregivers exemplifies our values of compassion, trust and expertise.

Comprehensive Screening

Stay at Home Senior Care requires a rigorous and thorough background check and drug screening of all of our caregivers on a regular basis. We will not send anyone into your home that we wouldn’t invite into our own. Plain and simple.

Bonded and Insured

Each person who enters your home is bonded to protect you against any and all loss. And we insure all of our caregivers to protect against loss, too. We believe in taking care of the people who take care of your family.

Compatibility Matching

The seniors we serve aren’t just our clients. They’re people. Our loved ones. And so are the caregivers we employ. And because personalities aren’t always interchangeable, we take great care to create compatible matches between each client and caregiver. We have a caregiver for every client personality type and need and we use software that matches our clients and caregivers on more than twenty multi-faceted points.

If one of our clients feel that they cannot develop a bond with a selected caregiver, we will immediately select a new one. We will use all available resources to ensure that you are completely satisfied.

Ongoing, State-of-the-Art Training

Each of our caregivers completes a comprehensive, multi-phased training program before they ever meet or serve a client. They also participate in periodic ongoing training programs as we develop them. Our caregivers also take specialized training modules for advanced levels of care giving, such as Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s care, depending on the needs of their clients.

Commitment to Diversity

We like the diversity of our care giving team to match the diversity of the population we serve. For this reason, we encourage retirees, students and veterans to join us in serving your family. We will always strive to match you with the caregiver who best meets your needs.
